Office Manager/ Administrative Assistant
Mitchell's Interiors has an opening for a full time office manager. We're looking for an organized, self-motivated person with some experience in office management, typing, computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and general office maintenance.
Duties will include order entry, accounts payable/receivable, customer service and complaints, stock receiving, coordinating deliveries, maintenance/management of office systems, incoming and outgoing UPS/FedEx shipments, answering phone, routing calls, and taking messages.
Necessary key skills are reliability and discretion, adaptability, negotiating and relationship building skills, problem solving skills, and I.T. skills.
We are looking for someone with leadership qualities and the ability to 'make things happen'. Our office manager should be able to facilitate the smooth running of our busy office, helping improve our day to day operations.
Warehouse / Delivery Person
We are looking for a self-motivated, hard working individual to do general warehouse duties, like receiving freight and UPS, unpacking merchandise, assembling furniture, deluxing furniture, and moving furniture on showroom floor.
You must be strong enough to move and deliver heavy furniture and have a good driving record.
